Three nights, three parts of the world, one street in Surfside.
The Town wanted a monthly evening that people would come back for. We built a series around travel: each night takes one region and three countries from it, and the whole street is designed to match — food, music, decor and kids' activities.
Every resident who came was served portions from a food station for each country on the bill, cooked by the vendors we brought in, plus a drink themed to the region.
We designed and produced all three nights, on the same block each time.
